Producer

Job Description:
Responsibilities will include managing a game from its concept, through development, localization, and quality assurance, keeping a constant flow of communication between team members while wisely utilizing all available staff, resources, and every precious second. Expertise is required in the development and maintenance of an overall project plan.

Requirements:
Must understand the complete process of making a quality game including design, art, audio, code & QA pipelines and the risks associated in all areas of development.
Extremely organized & detail oriented
Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) and a professional demeanor to facilitate and drive team communication
Maintaining and fostering meaningful communication between team members and all outside contacts, including publishers
Ability to generate summaries, updates, and explanations of the development status.
Create and keep current all necessary project documentation.
Communicate and coordinate tasks across departments, ensuring a common understanding and agreement on the project scope, objectives, and all necessary changes and/or cuts.
Provide feedback to all team members including financial, technical and creative input to management on the project.

Requirements:

Tools Programmer

Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for a Tools Programmer. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our game development tools (level editor, art pipeline tools, etc.), as well as developing new tools. He or she will work closely with the content creation teams to ensure that they have tools they need to work effectively.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 Years of experience in C++.
A solid grounding in 3D graphics technologies is necessary.

Audio Director

Job Description:
We are seeking an individual who is highly creative and technically proficient. You have a passion for sound design and a great grasp of technical requirements and issues present in making audio for games. You will be developing and directing the audio vision for our games - designing, creating, editing, and mixing original audio content in accordance with each game project's design goals.

Requirements:
At least 5 years working in sound for interactive entertainment products.
At least one shipped titles.
Work closely with the game director to develop the style and vision for the audio of the game.
Create original audio content using industry standard software packages in accordance with each game project's design goals
In-game implementation of all types of audio assets using proprietary tools and other systems
Ability to critique and direct production of voice samples, music and other sounds.
Ability to communicate clearly about audio and tool issues and advocate for audio quality.
Ability to work creatively and flexibly to maximize the effectiveness of existing audio tools and capabilities.

Job Description:
This is a junior to intermediate position with lots of room to grow and develop audio for AAA game titles. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Audio Director, Lead Audio programmer to analyze and implement audio features. Responsibilities include: supporting and further developing in-house audio tools and pipelines, working with game play programmers to provide audio event hooks and participating in the development of the sound engine. This position requires collaboration with other team programmers, promoting the sharing and increase of knowledge in the sound domain and its application to video games. Candidates are expected to have related work to showcase.

Requirements:
Must have a strong interest in audio, an understanding of game audio design and implementation, and knowledge of the physics of sound.
A good understanding of audio signal processing - mixing, sample rates, data compression, filters, reverbs, 3D positional audio, realtime sound synthesis, sound design, or other audio related specialty. (Practical experience requested, professional, personal or academic)
